Course Bundle (optional)
Add up to two further courses to model a multi-course bundle, maximum three courses in total. The bundled fee per learner, total attendance days and all associated costs are added together. Additional courses are costed simply: delivery days x the lead instructor rate, certification per learner, accommodation nights x the room rate, plus any other direct cost. Chargeable venue days automatically cover the whole bundle while it is active.
Learner Accommodation (optional)
Include accommodation for the learner group when it forms part of the course package, either as one fixed group price for the full course or as a price per learner requiring accommodation.
Course Duration
Pre-read is incorporated into The Security Tutor's normal course design. Delivery must follow the approved plan.
Instructor Days and Cost
Add a second or further instructor with their own days and day rate. Each instructor's cost is added into the overall tutor cost.
Instructor Accommodation
Venue Hire
The venue invoice is deducted once from distributable profit and allocated between the parties using the agreed profit split.
Charged for every day the course runs (1.5 days), covering all attendees plus the tutor team.
Miscellaneous Costs
The working budget should not duplicate accommodation, vehicle hire or other expenses entered elsewhere.
